Mr M. Marcus, advance, agent for J. and X. Tait's pictures of the ■ Kelly Gang, was in town on Saturday making arrangements for the opening of the season here on Tuesday, May 28th. Mr Jones, manager of the Oamaru .Mail, was a visitor to New Plymouth on Saturday. Mr J. McCluggage, of Wliangamoniunl, who is spending the winter at Napier, was entertained by his friends at Pohokura last week and made the recipient of a presentation.
