JleIfardy; committoe, the J'reSjd-nt. all officers ex olllclo, tile 'ocrctary, ami Messrs Clapham, P. (irifliths, Stohr and Harding; secretary and treasurer, Mr P. (!. Blanchett. The colors will be black ami white., the practice day Saturday afternoon, on the racecourse ground. The first prac tic will be held to-day. Several minor details were arranged, and the meeting terminated with a vole of thanks to the chairman (Mr !•'.. Avery) and Mr C'athro for their assistance,
