An application to strike oil' the' rolls of New Zealand solictors Henry Strut - ton Izard, formerly of tireytown, who was found gulity of embezzling trust moneys, was before .Mr. Justice Cooper to-day, when a rule nisi was made. lauil is now suspended, and the Court being of opinion that the rule nisi should be made absolute, the Court of Appeal is to be moved to llml end at, its next sittings.
