At the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. .Justice Chapman, an application was made for leave to employ as a clerk F. H. Bruges, who was recently struck oil' the rolls as a banister and solicitor by the Court of Appeal. Counsel for the District Law Society objected, but his Honor allowed the application.
