Andrew Mack mill his own complete company, under the management of Mr. ,1. C. Williamson, on (Saturday, 4th ' May, with a presentation of the newIrish drama, '•'t'oni Moore." Since Dion Houcicanlt gave Irish dramas such wide and overwhelming popularity in (his country, an important evolution has taken place in what ma.,' he termed the old-fashioned stage Irishman, and the whole tone and atmosphere of this class of entertainment, so that to the older generation of playgoers Mr. Mack's productions will form' a subject for much interesting comparison, and the younger generation will lie alforded the privilege of witnessing really adequate representations of Irish drama for (he lirsf time. The picturcsipie costumes of the period and magnificent scenery lend great fascination to this production, and enhance, the poetic and romantic charm hy feasting the eye, as well as the ear. Mr. Williamson's lavish generosity in taking full advantage of such opportunities is too well known to need further comment. l!ox plans will he opened at the Colonial Piano Co. on Wednesday morning next, Ist May.
