The party were driven out to Point Elizabeth to inspect the proposed harbor, and the Admiral seemed pleased with the prospects. He made a good many enquiries ns regards the depth and nature of the bottom nnd the (|iiality of eoal in the vicinity. ll|n Excellency leaves at eight in the morning for Keefton en route to Westport.
