It is the intention of the ltailway Department to continue running the second through express from Christchmvh during the ensuing winter. ]ty September a turbine steamer will be running three times a week between Wellington an<| l.ytleKoii. and the Minister for Kaii\vay.> will then delermiue whether the traliie warrants a continuance of the second express.
