THE NAIROBI INCIDENT. FURTHER LIGHT. Received loth, 9.40 p.m. London, April 15. Nairobi telegrams state that Lord Elgin has been misinformed as to tho 'flogging of natives, which was far less severe than that given prisoners in English gaols. Reuter reports that a committee of Raud pioneers urgently requested Mr. Louis Botha to support the agitatiou in favor of Captain Grogan and the others implicated.
