Eva Williams, the girl who attempted to commit suicide by jumping oil' the Victoria street liridge on April i>, appeared before air. ](. \y. |;i s | K ,p, s.ar., on Saturday morning charged with attempting to commit suicide. Tin. magistrate administered a caution to her, planting out the seriousness of her offence. He would convict and discharge hei on this occasion, but if she came before him again on a similar charge he would have (o deal with her severely.
