The tennis club sports turned out very successful on Easter Monday, producing a sum of ,18 13s to their credit. It was decided to obtain more raci|iiets, so as to enable two sets to [day at the same time, and next year to increase the prise money. " » The Tarata football team played their first match of the season on Easter Monday against the Inglewood seniors, and met defeat by eleven points to nil.. After the match was played the. visitors were entertained at lunch liy the local team.
