P l T BLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Hie Waiwakaiho Bridge will be closed against further tvaflic as from 10 a.m. oil Thursday next, the llUi of April. The new temporary bridge will be open for light traffic after 10 a.m. on I'riday next, Uie. 12i.ii of April. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby giTe that—(l) No heavy tratlic will be allowed to cross the temporary bridge which has been erected over the Waiwakaiho river, near Fitzvov, pending the building of the now permanent bridge. Heavy traffic for the purpose of this notice means the transportation of any l chicle, engine, or machine which itself, or together with any load being transported thereon or therewith weighs more than one ton avoirdupois. (2) Only one such vehicle, engine, or machine will he allowed on Die bridge at any one time. I (3) Light traffic must cross at a rate not exceeding four miles an hour. (i All heavy traliic ami all horses or cattle must cross at the ford below the bridge. (ii) The Contractor (Mr L. G. P. Spencer) for the huild ng of the new bridge, has charge of the temporary bridge during continuance of his contract and is authorised to prevent heavy traffic over the same.
