ANGLO-AMERICAN TREATY
ADJUSTMENT OP CANADIAN MATTERS IN DISPUTE. A JOINT COMMISSION. Received 10th, 12.55 a.m. New York, April 9. It is officially admitted at Washington that an Anglo-Araericau treaty has been drafted for a joint commission on all complex questions connected with water boundaries between Canada and the United States, and the whole subject of fisheries. The Hon. J. Bryce, British Ambassa3or, and Mr. Root may reach, an early vivendi pending the Senate's approval of the Commission.
