The Dublin correspondent of the Times reports that the Government has definitely abandoned the idea of the University Bill for the present session, believing the Devolution Bill will occupy a very large part of the remainder of the session, and fearing that both Cabinet and the rank and file of the party contain a strong element of opposition to Mr Bryce's scheme.
