ILL-TREATMENT OF NATIVES
A GERMAN BRUTE PUNISHED. London, March 25. Wiehager, a German farmer, was sentenced to three yeara' imprisonment at Kwakopmund for shooting a Herero woman for qutting work. He also tied a native woman and infant to a tree, an I forgot to release tliem.
