Fanthiiin ami Fred, Laylv, made ;<n order empowering the Registrar to pay to Mrs. Fan!ham, nut of moneys paid into Court, the sum of Clod on account of the annuity of CoOO per annum provided for her under the will of her late husband, Mr. A. A. Fantham, of Hawera. deceased. Mr. T. S. Weston appeared in support of the application, Mr. Oi'.Hhm for Mr. IJayly, ami Mr. Welsh for the. Public Trustee the Trustee appointed to carry rait ll)' trusts of the said d.-ceased's will in plate of the defendants in (lie suits. Mr. A. A. Fantham, one of the defendants, was not represented. The affairs of the estate of the deceased form tin :-iihj;vi of an enquiry by the I'egi-lrar of (h> Court (Mr. Riddell) and Mr. Ivdsey. accountant, acting with him.
