Public Trustee the Trustee appointed to carry rait ll)' trusts of the said d.-ceased's will in plate of the defendants in (lie suits. Mr. A. A. Fantham, one of the defendants, was not represented. The affairs of the estate of the deceased form tin :-iihj;vi of an enquiry by the I'egi-lrar of (h> Court (Mr. Riddell) and Mr. Ivdsey. accountant, acting with him.
