SETTLEMENT OF BOUNDARY DISPUTES. Pari?, March 24. By a new arrangement between France and Siam in regard to the settlement of disputes, the former takes the rich provinces of Angkor, Battenbang, and Sisophon. Received 25th, 9.35 p.m. The Franco-Siamese settlement gives Siain territorial compensation and foar ports on the Mekong River.
