Owing tlu; impossibility of Securing a suitable site for a Technical University, it lias now been decidjed to erect a public monument in Wellington to the memory of the late flight Hon. K. J. Seddon. The monument is intendeil to lie a national memorial, and it is hoped that the inhabitants of Xen- Plymouth and its neighborhood will heartily support the movement.
