HALF-YEARLY REPORT. Loudon, March S, The half-yearly report of the Bank of Australasia announces a dividend of 12 per centum and a bonus of 8s per share. £30,000 has been added to the reserve, £12.000 to the bankpremises' account, £17 ; 000 will be distributed as bonus to the ataff, and £17,800 carried forward.
