The conference resolved that a sum of £250 per annum bo set mido from (he funds collected at the home mission breakfast for the purpose of maintaining in (Jiristeliurcli a eoiinexional deaconcs at the training home, and that; a committee be set up to draw up regulations for the conduct of the home. The Rev. ,1. 1). Mull-ay submitted the re-port-of the Home Mission executive committee, which was adopted. The balance sheet of the fund wus received, It showed a total income of .1:3332 5s lid, and expenditure £3t)2U 2s (id, leaving a deficit for the year of £587 Ids !ht, an increase on 'the pre.vious year's deficit of £54 10s 4d. The estimates far the ensuing year (were rfcecived, amended and adopted. The estimate I receipts amounted to £33UO (is 4d. The sheet of proposed grants for the ensuing year was considered and referred back to the committee with recommendations. Mr J. L. Prime was re-appointed general treasurer for the Home Mission h'und.
