The District Oilicer's report was read, discussed at length, and adopted. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the Loyal Ellhani Lodge for the arrangements made in connection with the visit of tlie Grand Master and the expenses ordered to be paid by the district.

The reports on the) Funeral Fund and Management Fund were adoptel. The Distr.et Ollicers were appointed to represent the district at the jubillee celebrations in connection with the jubilee of the district and the Loyal Egmout Lodge on the llth and illh ol April next. The present arrangements provide for a re-union of members on the evening of Itth April and a garden parly at "Aotea" on the afternoon of Thursday, tlie llth. a thanksgiving service in the evening, to be followed by a banquet the same night. Members of all Lodges arc to be asked to contribute sixpence per quarter for the ensuing year to provide a fund for defraying the expenses of the .Moveable Committee meeting. The meeting adjourned at 12..',0 p.m. as a mark of respect to the memory of the late P.P.G.AL Uro. ,1, (J. George. Nominations for ollicers of the New Zealand branch were, made as follows: —Tor Grand Master, D.G.AI. Uro. .1. Marshall, of the Ashley district Deputy Grand Master, Prov. U.S. Bro. C. E. The Crand Master and Board of Hirectors will be requested lo take action to secure united action in matters affecting the Order in its relations with the medical profession should such acliou become necessary.
