Received 7, 9 '2B p.m. London, March 7 Mr W . Harvey's motion condemning the excessive hours \\\ rked by railway servants, was agreed to. The Hon. Mr Lloyd George warned the railway companies that if they wished to avoid drastic legislation, they must within the year themselves lluj a remedy regarding railway charges and facilities, besides hours of labor.
