LUNCHEON IN WESTMINSTER HALL. Eeceived 3, 4.31 p.m. Loxoox, March 2
The Ring, on hearing the intention of both Houses of Parliament to entertain the Colonial Premiers at luncheon, offered the use of Westminster Hall. The arrangements are to be similar to those made on the occasion of the banquet to the French Naval officers The King hopes the Speaker will preside at one t-.ble, and Lord Loreburn at the other.
