NEW EDUCATION BILL ANNOUNCED.

The Right Hon. Mr McKcuna, President of the Board of Education, has announced a new Education Bill comprising non-controvercial clauses.

'l'he minority against the Hon. Mr McKenna's Bill included 45 Irish Nationalist. The latters' forcing a division against the Bill greatly irritated the Non-conlormist group.
