TRANSVAAL ELECTIONS.
London, February 22. The Times' correspondent says that Mr Crcsswell's defeat in a constituency of his own choosing is a final answer to those Transvaalers who favor a policy of repatriation at all hazards. The.Times declares that the London Stock Exchange anticipates that Continental operators will welcome the I let Yolk-Nationalist majority, and that there will be an influx of foreign money to the Transvaal to assist in the development of the mines.
