WIRTH'S CIRCUS AND ZOO.
The annual visit ot Wirth Bros ' circus and menagerie of performing wild animals has come round again. They will appear at JNe\v Plymiuth on Friday and Saturday next, The name of "YV irtli is quite sullieicnt guarantee for an excellent performance. They have this season procured new talent from Jingland and America, and the show is a new circus altogether. The Wirth Bros.' circus has grown to such a size tliat the proprietors hrve adopted a p.oiicy unheard of iu any other colonial enterprise, and that is a union of a number of different kinds of entertainments under one management, for one ticket. They advertise that they will not only give a genuine circus, but more than a circus, a combination of seven shows, viz., a circus, hippodrome, museum, vaudeville, menagerie, huge elephant herd, and grand Oriental parade. Newly imported star artists .have arrived from Europe, including the world s .greatest exponent on the tight rope or corde elastic, Hugh Lloyd, and it is useless to attempt to describe what he can do. It would be easier to ask what can he not do.
