IRISH LEAGUE APPROVE THE SCJ [E UK, Received 0, 10.fj p.m. Lo.ndok, February 0. The National directory of the Irish League welcomed the Hon. .J as. Bryce's s.'heme to create anew college, without any kind of theological test or grant t rout public fund, for theological purposes. The Royal University will, under the scheme, be dissolved, and the Dublin University will become a national institution, which will include Trinity College.
