Join Fiudlay, who was recently tried and acquitted on the charge of murdering Konnie, the schoolmaster at Papakaio, was charged to-day in the S.M. Court with burglary and stealing from the sehoolhouse a gold watch, a razor, twelve blank cheques, and a Torpedo bicycle. Tl\e bicycle was recently found submerged in a branch of tho Waitaki river. Up to the hour of adjournment, the only evidence was as to tho identification of tho bicycle. The case will be resumed in tho morn. ing.
