FINANCIER SHOT JN A CROWDED RESTACRAXT. New York, December 7. A shooting afruy reminiscent of the western mining camp methods occurred at noon to-day. As Homiing, a Wall slrce; speculator, was entering Bobbins' Restaurant at 57 Broadway, he was shut by Thomas O'Connor, proprietor of a bucket shop, who was apparently waiting for him juat inside the door. O'Connor drew a revolver as soon as Helming entered and fired at nis head. The bullet pierce,! Henning's hat. O'Connor immediatelv fired a sc-j cond time, and the Iniilet entered l Henning's side, inflicting a severe, but not ueessarily fatal, wound. O'Connor then stood by the door, revolver in hand, awaiting the arrival of the policeman who arrested him. The restaurant was crowded with customers, but none of them dared to touch aim. O'Connor refused to give any explanation for ti;e attack, save that Kenning got the better of him in a financial deal,
