It was blowing a strong iwr h-easter at the time, Efforts were made to get the vessel off, without avail, and as the tide fell, she listed outwards, and afterwards turned over smashing her masts at the deck The' vessel, which is believed to bo a total loss, is owned by Turnbull ACo of with the Alliance Company.
