Where Civil servants can be found to act as judges, they will be appointed, and in classes for which no Civil servants with the necessary qualifications are avail aide, other ijualilicd men will be selected to act as judges. The Fijiaus arrived back from the South to-day. ami will recommence their performances of songs and dances on the sports ground. The Minister of Hallways has "decided that bandsmen in uniform attending the Exhibition will be granted tickets nt holiday excursion rates from Feb ruary loth, available for return until March 15th. They will have to make their own arrangements for sea travel lings with the ship]ing companies concerned. Captain McGee, Lieutenant Merlon, and J!r .7. J.
