The brand on the tins set out that the contents were condensed from " pure milk." The department, wished to ensure that this condensed milk* should not be sold, or if it were sold thilL it should be placed public as milk condensed iirom'skiiii milk", I.'eleaoanit explained that lie aevc.t--Suspected that there was anything wrong with tlio milk, and on hearing the result o£ the department's analysis, he shipped large supplies cf the milk back to the manufacturers.
