Per Press Association. LICENSED VICTUALLERS' CONFERENCE. - . Dunedin, December 14. The Otago Daily Time's learns from an oflicial source that it is iutonded- 1 to bold a conference of licensed victuallers at an early date during the ■% coming year, with the object of con-?* sidering the question of licensees who conduct their business improperly. It is proposed to initiate legislation which will deal with such offenders, and also to adopt measures to put the trade in every part of the colony on a footing that will be satisfactory to the great body of electors. SALE OF PEDIGREE STOCK. Dannovirke, December 14. - The sale is reported to 0. F.
