AN AMEUJCAN SUGGESTION. (Pei rress Association). CuMSTcauiicH, December 12. The Exhibition authorities have received u letter from tlio. Stanford University, California, inquiring as to the possibility of arranging a series oi International rugby football games between a picked all American University team and what the letter describes as "your famous New Zealand organisation," the games to be played on the Exhibition grounds during the currency of the Exhibition. The letter has been referred to the New Zealand .Rugby Union.
