CHINESE FARM WORKERS FOR GERMANY. Received 7th, 9.31 p.m. Berlin, December 7. The Prussian Chamber of Agriculture resolved that owing to the terrible scarcity of agricultural labour, the introducing of Chinese coolies was inevitable, though deplorable from the National standpoint.
