THE FRANCO-SPANISH POLICY. APPROVED BY CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES. Received 7th, 9.45 p.m. Paris, December 7. The French Chamber passed a vote of confidence in the Government by 107 to 5(3, after M. Pichon had explained that France aiul Spain were only forearming against risk of anarchy in Morocco. Intervention, he said, would only occur in the event of absolute necessity. The Chamber unanimously ratified the Algeciras Treaty.
