WeLiugton, November 30. At the Supremo Court, Maria Neary was acquitted on a second trial of a charge of causing actual bodily harm .to Eilea Russell at Palmciston. Marion Emrnans p.'eaded not guilty to a charge of having killed h'er newly-born child and with disposing of the body in order to conceal birth. This is the woman whose child was found a few >,veeks ago in a lime barrel at a pastry cook's premises, where she hud been employed. The jury found prisoner guilty of concealment of birth. She was ■"«■. manded for sentence.
