Received 2Sth, 1.10 a.m. Sydney, November 27. The conspiracy case against Crick, Willis and Bath has concludud. The Judge, in summing up, attached weight to Mr Clo-e's evidence. The jury acquitted Bath, and were locked up for the night with legard to the other accused.
