Mrs Graham and oilier women who alleged that they jnac been molested were absent from the Court. The only witness suppoiiiug the police evidence was a man whose late employer declared he had been discharged for dishonesty. Caruso, who was fined ten dol'ars, gave notice of appeal. TAINTED TESTIMONY, Received 25th, 5.17 p.m. New York, November 24. The New York World asserts that Mrs Graham is a personal friend of the policeman whose testimony convicted Caruso.
