FERREIRA'S CAPTURE.
Catetowji, November 18. The capture of Ferreira and partj was effected by Sub- Inspector Adams, ' with fifteen mounted riflemen and a few residents of Upington. The scene of the capture was Wittesrasd, seventy fire miles west of Kimberley. Ferreira was unarmed when captared. The commandeered men escaped earlier. An extraordinary marching feat was performed by the Cape l'olice and Moanitd Rifles, travelling through Wateriest country. A TIGHT COBDON. THE REBELS WOBN OUT. Received 20,1 a.m. Capetown, November 19. 1 Ferreira's party were worn out and Went for water. A cordon one hundred and fifty miles long had been dratm from tie Orange rirer north to the Kuruman mer. The fords of the Orange were guarded.
