ITALIAN FRONTIER OPENED TO SUPPLIES. Received wSth, 5.12 p.m. Vienna. November 17. The Austrian Government has opened the Italian frontier to the importation of cattle, owing to the scarcity of meat, due to the loss of the Servian frontier.
