Six officers have been arrested at Kicff for ait'mpting a revolutionarj propaganda of the army. DARING PLOT FRUSTRATED. Received 18th, 5.30 p.m. St. Petet-burg, Nov. 17. Three hundred and seventy po itical prisoners in the Odessa prison planned to escape. They dug a mine under the wall of lae prison, but a criminal informed the authorities that the poliieal ptiVmers had revolcd. The informant was killed by the mutinous prisoners. Troops then surrounded the prison.
