J An accident happened on Thursday U> Mr Hanison, uf Oakura, who, in dr.ving along ,h> niad (o l'ungaiehu, came to gri'-t through the horse -hyi.ng at a set of di-c harrow.- and turning over on Mr and Mr-> Harris and child. The horse lighted it-clf, and in turning round the trap ran "Yer both Mr and Mrs llairisoii. The liorse then bolted to the -tore. The driver of the disc harious left his own horse to stop Mr Harrison's, and hi- own cleared out and broke the discs. Mr and Mrs Harri'on en caped injury, but the baby was slightly hurt and laken to the doctor. The weather here on Friday (the King's Biithdn) was mote like raidwinter than summer. A strong sou h-ea-ter and rain prevailed from daylight till dark.
