Per Press Association. Christchurch, November 6. During the wcok ending November; 2nd, 1567 eggs were laid by the birds taking part m the Utility Poultry; Clubs Egg Laying Competition at Lincoln College, bringing the total to date to 27,143. The following were the highest totals for the week: E. Goodman silver Wyandottes 3o» C. R. Wilson's Black Minorcas 30, Alexandra Poultry Coy's White Plymouth Rocks 20, W, Mowbray's White Leghorns 29, G. Reynold's Silver Wyandottes 28, E.. Benson's White Leghorns 28. The boat totals to date are M. Blanch's Silver Wyandottes 560, J. Ashton's Silver Wyandottes 516, F. O'Brien's Silver Wyandottes 484, H. Walton White Orpingtons 435, Mrs Gordon's Brown Legherns 421, J. Jackson's Silver Wyandottes G. H. Barnett's. 391, Allen Petrie's Silver Wyandottes 38?. A. L. Webster's Silver Wyandottes 356, Mrs J. Mills' Rose-Combed Brown Leghorns 384, C. R. Wilson's Black Orpingtons 382.
