NEWFOUNDLAND FISHERIES.
Received 26th, 9.5 p.m., London, October 26. In the Mouse of Commons, Winston Churchill said the Government had fully consulted Newfoundland throughout in the negotiations with America regarding the fisheries, but jpjas not so fortunate as to obtain (heir concurrence in the provisional pgreement.
