Received 25th. 10.31 p.m. London, October 25Orders have been issued fromPorstmouth, reducing the first and the second cruiser squadrons from six to four ships each. GERMANY DELIGHTED. Received 25th, 10.31 p.m. Berlin, October 25. German naval officers are greatly delighted at the reductions of the British Navy, and declare that every ship placed on reserve with a nucleus crew enhances Germany's sea power and efficiency.
