SFhc Carterton show concluded today in fine weather. .The attendance was estimated at-six thousand. The girls' riding competition was w-on by M- Palmer; best lady rider, Miss Connie Tilson The challenge cup jumping was won by D. Noakes' Mignon, D. Bennetts Mcrrie Girl 2nd, and \V. H. Booth's Sober Robin 3rd. I'. McDonald won the buck-jumping competition. Champion thoroughbred stallion, J. C. Tully's Saracen; draught stallion, ].. Falloon's Federation (champion).
