' Per Press Association. Dunedin, October 17. At a special meeting of the City Council this evening, at which representatives citizens were present, the Rev. Matthews, of the British and Foreign Sailors' Society, who is on his way to attend the Exhibition at Christchurch, where the Society will have a "Victory" stall, presented to the Mayor for the City a bust of Nelson, on a pedestal of oak from the great Admirals flagship.
