SPEECH BY JOHN REDMOND.
London, October 15. Mr John Redmond (dhaiiman of, the Nationalist parly), speaking at Tyrone, offered to go a great length, shoit of abandonment of principle to satisfy Ulstermen. Their religious interests would not be endangered under Home Rule. lie warned Nationalists that acceptance of administrative Home Rule would probably cause Home Rule to disappear from practical politics lor u generation.

Mr J. E. Ellis, Under-Secretary for India, sneaky at Lueknel! Xorkark, siud the Government intended to simplify the complicated system of Government in Ireland, reform Dubiiu Castle and co-ordinate boards. He hoped before this Parliament ended that a strong move will have been made in the direction of real Irish self-geyernrnent.
