MORRIS' EVIDENCE UNRELIABLE Received 16th, 12.23 a.m. Sydney, October 15. At the inquest on Crohn, a witness testified that Morris, owing to hibeing turned out Norton's hou-e, suggested to him that Ik should conspire against Norton, by stating he killed Grolm. Norton, in his evidence, denied that he struck Crohn. The latter came home drunk, and fell down, and Morri-- dragged hrm upstarrs to b'd. The Coroner stated that the evidence of Morris was unreliable. It : was that of an accessory after the fact. In the absence of more minute medical examination at the time of death, he did not think it possible to find the actual cause There was net sufficient to say how the man came by his death.
