The Queensland Commissioner ha> advised it is most improbable that Japan will entertain the Commonwealth, proposals to secure inclusion in the Queensland privileges, without a new treaty and ihc entire immigration question being reopened. Shippers are warned of the necessity of accuracy in certificates, and the place of origin should accompany bills of lading.
